They were excellent with my elderly cat, Baby! She is 17 years old and a bit antisocial so trips to the vet are always a difficult experience. We saw Dr. Grimm and she was very accommodating to Baby's needs. Emily was also very helpful in keeping Baby calm and not doing anything to upset her. They were a great team and the visit went very smoothly! I would definitely recommend them as they are the best team I have experienced in her many visits to the vet! I recently went through a cancer scare with my cat after finding a lump on him and having it removed. When I got there to pick him up after surgery, they spent an hour with me talking to me about every avenue possible. My furbaby didn't end up having cancer (which I am still so very relieved about) but I won't forget the support I received from everyone that worked there. They are simply amazing!
