First, let me say Christine Hahn is One of the rudest, most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with. Good service, auto delivery, reasonable pricing & courteous employees(delivery & office folks) So glad I switched to Great Valley. I switched when my last company increased the cost over $1/gallon from one delivery to the next. Fixed income cannot handle that. Great Valley has been consistant with pricing and even had an excellent introductory offer which lasted 1 year. Thank you Great Valley Propane!

$515 is pretty steep for one month. We just purchased our home and haven't fully moved in (only there 2 weekends in December), yet our propane bill dated 12/1 - 12/31/2024 is $515.18? I called to get more info & was told I needed to speak with someone name Joe. It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard from yet. Pricing is beyond inflated.

I just had the pleasure of dealing with great valley propane. I have been loyal to another company for years but decided this year to just price check. I was surprised at the huge difference in price of propane.,$ 2.299 from Great valley$2.99 from the company I was loyal to.$75 to pressure test my tank compared to $45 at Great valley. Okay I made the switch. Since I had let my tank run completely out I needed my pilot light restarted. I live at the end of a long, unpaved private road which I'm sure is a challenge to the Great Valley driver. But they always come soon after I call for gas and are very cheerful about the lane. I know I can count on them to help me keep my generator going when the power goes out, as it often does where I am.
