This company is beyond words. I am a retired widow on a fixed income and this company is the only one that will deliver gas to me with a predetermined dollar amount that I tell them i can afford. They don't make me wait for the delivery it is usually a couple of days and they come to deliver. They put their customers needs first and foremost I would highly recommend this gas company as they make their customers their highest priority. Trust me you won't be disappointed by switching to this company for all your needs.
First, let me say Christine Hahn is One of the rudest, most unprofessional people we have ever dealt with. Great Valley propane performed an installation at our old house as well as at our new house. From start to finish the process went so smoothly. Post installation service is wonderful. Rob from the sales and installation group and Joan in the office are absolutely wonderful to work with.
Good service, auto delivery, reasonable pricing & courteous employees(delivery & office folks) So glad I switched to Great Valley. I switched when my last company increased the cost over $1/gallon from one delivery to the next. Fixed income cannot handle that. Great Valley has been consistant with pricing and even had an excellent introductory offer which lasted 1 year. Thank you Great Valley Propane!
$515 is pretty steep for one month. We just purchased our home and haven't fully moved in (only there 2 weekends in December), yet our propane bill dated 12/1 - 12/31/2024 is $515.18? I called to get more info & was told I needed to speak with someone name Joe. It's been over 2 weeks and I haven't heard from yet. Pricing is beyond inflated.
