Great experience working with GV Propane during the process of getting a new whole-house generator installed. Was a little slow returning calls after the initial estimate, but once contract signed, there was ample, mutual coordination with GV Propane. Great experience, had to move my propane tank for future construction. The team was communicative and did the work professionally. They also worked with me to take small loads of propane during the winter so the tank was able to be moved on my timeline. Followed up and did what they said they were going to do. From the account manager to the team who did the work, I was impressed by the good service and low stress.
Great Valley Propane has been a great company since using their services in 2021. I love the options for payment. Fair and affordable pricing. I am a new customer, from my 1st phone call to having the new tank delivered and set up was a great experience. Mark D was so great to talk to and meet in person. Service tech Mike S is young professional as well as knowledgeable . My only regret is not going with great valley sooner. I’ve rented a house with a propane tank from Great Valley for a little over a year. The first delivery was a surprise as the account was under the former tenants name and we had no information about the delivery (or the bill we had to pay!). Now about a year later Ive called for a MONTH to get my tank filled and each time told my tank was “at 37%”. I requested to fill anyway on the first call, three weeks later and no fill.
