Do not use! I have only used them for two ******* and they have let me run out of heat twice, even though I call in the appropriate time. **** is condescending and they do not care if you run out of heat. I have called their emergency line just to be told, "well, we don't have any trucks out and we're not sending any out." Today, they let me run out of propane again and when I called they said emergencies only. Terrible company to deal with. Out of no where informed us they were cutting off our service in the middle of winter immediately following a snow storm because we do not refill our tank often enough, a condition that was never communicated to us at any point before they decided to cut off our service. They plan to remove our tank and not compensate us for the propane in it which we had purchased. Communication was beyond unprofessional.If you want a dependable company that will treat you right, look elsewhere.

This company has been Incorrectly, reading, propane, metres in our. They overcharge and are abusive towards their clients. They provide the customer resolution.

We called for oil over a week ago. It was not delivered in the time the promised. We then ran out of oil and had to have them come and prime the pump (normally my husband does it, but he has a broken ankle). We had power to the heater (it’s only 9 years old), and then we didn’t often they messed with it. They even stated it was flashing red. They are now telling me we did it, and it is billable.
