Very nice and convenient. Since one of my propane tanks is filled on demand for my fireplace rapid response is appreciated, to keep me warm on cold days.
We rely solely on propane for heat and our tank was running low. Despite the snow and poor road conditions, Great Valley delivered very quickly. Thanks Great Valley!
I love the Company and those who work there and answer the phones. My only issue is that when they come to fill my take it seems they always run out of propane and my take doesn’t get the total fill amount requested. This usually happens 4 out of 5 times.

Most pleasant experience ever in purchasing propane. Customer service, Julie, was pleasant, engaging and professional. She walked me through the Docusign until see received the email. Her pricing was the best at that time. I contacted them on a Thursday afternoon, and I received my delivery first thing Monday morning. Driver was honest and didn’t try to pad the invoice. I couldn’t be happier.
