Great company and A+ Service team. Consistently very competitive in pricing every year for the last 3 years. They are always on time and I have never had any problems with delivery. The office staff is nicer and more helpful than any propane company I have ever done business with. Well earned 5 star review.
Most pleasant experience ever in purchasing propane. Customer service, Julie, was pleasant, engaging and professional. She walked me through the Docusign until see received the email. Her pricing was the best at that time. I contacted them on a Thursday afternoon, and I received my delivery first thing Monday morning. Driver was honest and didn’t try to pad the invoice. I couldn’t be happier.
Delivered fuel the day after my request. More importantly; , we discussed a possible problem concerning the location of a regulator with Bill (the delivery driver). He agreed it was likely incorrect and directed me to call his boss directly. We went out for a few hours, and when we returned home I called Scott. He informed that Bill had called him and that a team had already been out and fixed the issue. Wow. That is customer service at its best.
Well I called on Thursday afternoon asking for a fill, no rush, whenever in the area. Saturday morning I was mowing the lawn and opened the lid just to check to see what my current propane level was…it was already filled! Thanks for the quick service!
Great office support staff - takes care of any issues quickly and efficiently. Delivery Drivers are courteous and respectful of our time and property. Great Company.
