They never charged our down payment so our three week quote turned into a four week quote after we inquired why they hadn’t taken our money. Strike one. The other guys said two weeks! During the quote we were told that our pet stained boards were beyond repair and unless we went really dark (not the plan) 50-75sqft would be replaced. when they came and sanded again “these boards won’t look right unless replaced” “yeah that’s what they said at the quote”. The installers of Great Western Flooring damaged my 2-week old newly refinished wood floor with a deep 4-foot scratch and also dented a wooden door. GWF accepted the responsibility; but the damage was severe as the repair did not remove the scratch. GWF REFUSED to assist further as this is an inconvenience which is part of the remodeling process.
