I am not surprised, so many reviews posted and not one mentions Dr. Keegan. I can only speak in regards to our experience with her. I must say we are extremely disappointed in the care she gave our dog. He was on meds for an autoimmune disorder that he had previously been diagnosed with approx 3 weeks prior by emergency vet on Bestgate Road, so his immune system was very vulnerable. Couldn't fit us in when our dog was dying of brain cancer, after being a loyal patient for his whole life.

We are so sorry that we could not see you and your pet during a time of need. We always prefer to see our own patients ourselves, especially during such a difficult time. The only reason we would turn a patient away is if we truly feel like we cannot provide the best care for our patient by devoting the attention he would need and it is ultimately in the best interest of the patient to be seen by someone that can.
