I had an emergency toe trauma, and they were great to get me in within a day. Dr. Raemsch was very attentive and went above and beyond to take care of my injured toe. The office staff were very welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend Dr. Raemsch!
Nice staff and a knowledgeable doctor. Didn’t have to wait months for an appointment. Pleased with service. The only downside was not being able to use your insurance or local pharmacies. They use Ebm Medical for Rx so make sure in advance where your rx is being sent to.
Excellent care & treatment for my plantar facetious. Dr Raemsch knew exactly what was needed to alleviate this heel pain w/ exercises + custom orthotics. Office staff also very friendly & welcoming (Christa & McKenzie). I would recommend this office for anyone have foot pain or walking issues!!
My visit this time was satisfactory. I suggested that I needed an MRI on my foot to get to the root of the problem. The doctor agreed and I now have schedule an appointment for the MRI. I did disagree with my balance, and understand that the receptionist only quotes what she sees on her computer. She gave me a number to call, but I have not be able to reach anyone to discuss my bill with. They keep me on hold for long periods of time, and no one picks up. I will keep trying.
I had to shift Doctors in an urgent manner, and they got me in quick! Care was comprehensive, and caring. Got my problem resolved, and I will be very happy to go back if necessary .
