About this business
Bob Green has been in the flooring industry for 30 years. He began his flooring career installing and finishing gym floors all over the state of Iowa and the midwest. From there he moved into residential and commercial flooring sales in the Des Moines area. He has taken flooring tours and classes all over the United States, Canada, and Europe. In May 2010, he and his wife Jeni opened Green Family Flooring, a Mohawk Color Center, in the historic Beaverdale neighborhood in Des Moines Iowa.

Great company! Owners are there to help. Couldn’t be more happy with the help they provided picking out a carpet for my new remodeled basement.
So incredibly pleased with the work and professionalism of Green Family Flooring. We have a 100 year old home and they made the original floors look brand new. My wife and I were so pleased to find hardwoods under the carpet when we moved in. We knew that this would likely be the last time the floors could be redone, and we are so pleased with the result. I have to include some before and after pictures just to demonstrate how incredible of a job they do. We would recommend them to anyone who asked!
WHAT CAN I SAY? AMAZING. I’m in LOVE with our new flooring! A lot of help and suggestions with samples of luxury vinyl planks, we went from carpet to this, a quote, and 2 weeks later floor installed. It was a quick and painless process and extremely professional. I’m proud of my living room again! Thank you for being AWESOME!
