Green Foot Home Inspections absolutely the best. For my purchase of my Miami Beach condominium, their Home Inspection, 4 point and wind mitigations were furnished in LESS than 20 hours, Lightning fast. The inspector Sergio was knowledgeable, professional, early to the inspection and was VERY thorough, he left no nook unseen! Highly recommend these guys, I haven't seen service this good in quite some time!
