As a new resident, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ikiyyah made the entire move-in process smooth and stress-free! she was organized, welcoming, and made sure everything was ready before I arrived. She’s been helpful every step of the way, and it really made settling in so much easier. So glad to have her as the manager!
I'Kiyyah Weathersbee is probably the nicest and professional apartment managers here at green forest. She made our move in go by smoothly, even with the language barrier. She walked us through everything and helped us move in a little earlier than our move in date. ❤️ Honestly I hope when you rent here that you can be serviced by her. We are still new and learning what it is to rent an apartment but so far it’s been good.
VERY bad place for $1300 monthly. Showed me a different apartment than the one I was given which was a TERRIBLE decision on my end to accept. Endless holes and patches on the wall, roaches just appear all over the apartment which is absurd, how are roaches crawling my shower curtains?? Apartments are outdated showing extreme amounts of wear and tear throughout the lease (multiple appliances required attention shortly after moving in, half patched holes on the walls, dysfunctional thermostat that obviously had roaches in it, etc.) Unreasonable lease for a low quality stay. I Do NOT recommend this place.
I’m so excited to move in! Tone has been amazing to work with. Super helpful, responsive, and really easy to talk to. He made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his tenants and goes the extra mile to make things right. If you’re looking for someone great to lease from, Tone is the guy. Can’t wait to get settled in!
