AN EXECELLENT PLACE! I sold my house in the big city and was looking for a comfortable place in this area. I feel like I’m living in my own home here, very clean and a wonderful place to live. The location is perfect; it is also close to shopping centers. The apartments are very nice with a lot of space and a deck porch to enjoy the outdoor warm days and silent nights. This is really a great place to call your home.
I love the large windows in my apartment. It makes the whole space feel open and bright, and the views are beautiful. Waking up to natural light every morning is the best.
This is by far the worst place to live. The rent goes up every year like if they are luxury apartments and trust me this place is far from that. The appliances are used and old, the door bell doesn't work cause there out dated. Management gets upset when tenants complain and instead of taking action they tell tenants to call the police, so they don't have to actually confront the problem. Living here has been stress-free. The management takes care of everything, and the neighbors are respectful and quiet. It’s a great place to live.
I'Kiyyah Weathersbee is probably the nicest and professional apartment managers here at green forest. She made our move in go by smoothly, even with the language barrier. She walked us through everything and helped us move in a little earlier than our move in date. ❤️ Honestly I hope when you rent here that you can be serviced by her. We are still new and learning what it is to rent an apartment but so far it’s been good.
