I’m so excited to move in! Tone has been amazing to work with. Super helpful, responsive, and really easy to talk to. He made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free, answering all my questions and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. You can tell he genuinely cares about his tenants and goes the extra mile to make things right. If you’re looking for someone great to lease from, Tone is the guy. Can’t wait to get settled in!
I’ve been living here for over 5yrs and It’s been okay to live here, unless you need something fixed in your apartment because then you’d be waiting for weeks to months for someone to complete a maintenance request. The office barely answers the phone when you need to reach them and the only time you can reach anyone in the office is when you literally have to pop up physically. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! If you are a person who appreciates cleanliness then do not rent here. We didn't even make a full year due to a bad mice and roach problem. Also the heat does not work in the apartments. We contacted management about it multiple times. They would send an exterminator but sometimes the exterminator wouldn't show up. And if he did he would just do minimal stuff to help fix the issue. Or they would send maintenance to patch up holes or tell us that its like this every apartment. Just temporary fixes. As a current tenant, horrible place to live. For only $1300 A MONTH you can have paper thin walls, buildings that reek of weed half the time, and a management office that never returns your calls. Trying to ask the office a question or have something resolved? Don't bother, only time you'll hear from them are the automated messages for when the exterminators are coming for all the mice and roaches, which they never actually get rid of.
I toured with ikea , she was amazing , and helpful clean apartments, the website says 3bedrooms but she said they don’t have any available
