Always friendly & helpful to me. Love using them because they do all the scheduling for your convenience to save you expensive fees!! Give you all tools you need to be successful in experience. Love them!!! My husband uses them too and consistent with their service!!! Highly recommend for a no hassle & pleasant interaction.
I never have time to call the number so I use the text messaging service. Wow, they are always so nice and friendly, and always very prompt. I never have to sit around wondering how long it will take for someone to answer. It's usually very quick. Worked with Green Imaging on 2 proceeds this year. The staff was knowledgable, professional and always on top of the procedure. Every when hospital billing had messed up months later the people from Green Imaging were there and resolved the billing issue quickly. Great to work with.
I was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I was instructed on how to complete the paperwork and what would happen next. I only had to wait for a few minutes before being seen by an awesome technician. She was personable , knowledgeable and very thorough. The facility was clean and comfortable which means a lot to me, and the best part was getting my results the same day. I would definitely recommend Green Imaging to anyone needing their services.
It was a fantastic experience. They got me in very quickly and the procedure was very comfortable. They explained everything to me throughout the entire process. Staff is super super friendly. I highly recommend them for any imaging they offer. Also an excellent location right off of the freeway, do not have to hassle with a parking lot or valet or have to deal with paying for parking. Super accommodating!!
