RecommendedI’m am so amazed and pleased with Greenleaf Land Surveys, LLC! Turned out the out of town Title & Escrow Company representing seller/ Bank informed us last minute that they do not order surveys on REO properties on the day of Christmas Eve before our scheduled closing on December 31st! After days of calling multiple survey companies with 3-5 business days and even 3 weeks turn around with other companies Greenleaf informed me on December 27th, that they could meet our deadline for the 31st closing date.
