This place is so great and so well run. I trust storage facilities about as much as I trust tow truck and drug companies. There's no BS. I think it was Mykaela that helped me. She was a total professional. She made sure I walked through all the available units that suited my needs. She also made sure that I got the "one month free" promotion that might have unknowingly ended that morning, simply because she promised it to me in the beginning. I got a great price and was able to move in quickly. No problems during the time I stored my stuff and my move out experience was great. Both of the people that work there are super nice and friendly. I lost my key and had to ask them to cut my lock and then didn’t have a lock with me during my move out so they used a lock of theirs temporarily while I did a drop and then came back to get the rest of my stuff. Highly suggest this storage place!
I have been over here numerous times and for long extended times. I cannot say enough good things about Dale, his wife Jeanine, and the younger fellow who normally works there. (His name is escaping me at the moment.) All of the staff are incredible and they help out as much as humanly possible. They are definitely on my Xmas list this year as I'm behind. I will be thinking about it hard because they go above and beyond as great people. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone!!! Thanks Green Valley storage.
