Always enjoy working with the Green Valley Storage staff. Sabrina is always friendly and goes beyond to be helpful, truely a wonderful person. Daryl is helpful and greets you with a smile and wave as you drive in. I appreciate Matt as he has always been willing to work with me if I need an arrangement. Always a satisfying experience.
Another shout out to acknowledge the attention to customer service Darryl & Sabrina provide. Today on their day-off work, they happened to spot me at the entrance to the facility and handed me a package I had sent to my unit. They could easily and properly have taken no notice of me on a Sunday and waited for me to call during the week. By their kind consideration i was able to use the part in the package to complete my repair ahead of schedule. Very much appreciated.
Darryl & Sabrina are an example of what customer service should be i.e. friendly, inviting, informative and helpful. They always have a smile on their faces and go above and beyond to assist their customers in any way they can. 5 stars to Darryl and Sabrina and Green Valley Storage. AM
I’ve stored with the Blue Diamond facility from Oct-April for a few years now and without question, the managers Daryl and Sabrina maintain the facilities to a very high standard and manage it as if it were their own. It’s reassuring to return each fall and see them. Green Valley Storage is very lucky to have these two managing their facility. Thank You Guys!
We spotted the Green Valley Storage sign on Blue Diamond Road while we were looking for storage 12 months ago. We visited Sabrina and explained our situation and the particular requirements for storage of our trailer. She took care of all the admin and coordinated with the trailer delivery while we were back in England. The unit she allocated us fits our needs perfectly.
