Terrible customer service and only cares about making money and not about the customer. I’ve been in Las Vegas for over 20 years and have had multiple storage units. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. Once the management changed, it destroyed the name of the company. Do not take your RV, 5th Wheel or rent ANY SPACE from them. Trust me, as a good citizen and small local business owner, you will regret it.
