MJ goes well above and beyond in delivering professional and thoughtful service. The facility is clean and well cared for and has a very secure feeling as it is walled and gated. Those with black water tanks will certainly appreciate the dump station, and I was stokes to be able to fill my water tank. The location is also convenient for a short ride-share to the airport.
I wanted to move my motorhome because of security issues where it has been parked. I checked RV storage faculties near me and called GV Storage. I spoke with MJ and found her very helpful and pleasant to work with. Told her I would be by in the afternoon to see her facility. She had a printout of available spaces for me when I walked in. She is friendly, efficient, and helpful and easy to deal with. I was impressed with the layout and security and signed up for the space I wanted.
I am so impressed with MJ. She took her time and explained everything. Walked me to show me the site I would be renting. Really made me feel good about storing my property there. The entire facility is clean and no issues to be seen. Thank you MJ!
People with RV 's we know it's a constant never ending pain in the a** ! Last weekend I decided summer was over time to put my 30 ' forest river trailer in storage . After endless amount of stress from being rudely denied no availability. I was referred to my guardian angel. It was Saturday 4:15 pm . Expecting to be answered by a machine or just one more person who hates there job and only cares about going home .. Had our trailer there for over 4yrs- never any issues, none. The awnings are tall enough to cover any trailer or RV. Their security system is top notch all around the facility & monitored. Each client has their own code to enter & leave and is recorded. All the staff are very nice, always helpful, happy and smiling. Must check it out, if you think it may be a little too far- trust me it is so worth it! There is none that we know of that can even come close to the quality & security they offer- NONE
