Greenawalt made the process of roof and siding repair easy from start to finish. They kept me informed as to when they would be here for various phases of the project. Dumpsters arrived as scheduled and more importantly picked up and removed as soon as the various phases of work were completed. The majority of the work was completed within a month. Overall the job turned out good. However, the roofers that they used were not the best. We had siding replaced on our dormers. Some of the plywood under one of the dormers had a football sized hole in it that had rotted through. We were quoted that all plywood sheathing would be replaced if needed. The roofers decided to just paper over the hole and put the siding over it. Greenawalt did an awesome job replacing the siding, fascia, and spouting on our house. From start to finish everyone who worked on the project was professional. Brandon was great with helping us decide on colors and style and was patient as we made changes and answered our questions.
