Very busy office, so expect some delays but the experience overshadows that. The staff in the back are phenomenal. Everyone is so nice from the techs to Amos (the finance guy). Just wow! The anesthesiologist was soooo gentle and explained everything he had to do before administering. The doctor (Dr. Malik) was chef kiss. She explained everything she was doing step by step. I arrived at Greenbelt Oral & Facial Surgery in pain and desperate to find relief for a loose tooth. After arriving to my own dentist office, I was told they were booked. My dentist office referred me to this dental practice. It was music to my ears when they informed me they could see me today. But let me tell you the good part. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed and it was done quickly and professionally. The staff and the dentist are nice and patient. My dentist was Dr. Elyassi and his surgical assistant Sangi and second surgical assistant Gissell, took care of me and were great. Gissell really took her time with explaining full details of everything for the aftercare. Sangi definitely was supportive and kind during the process, much needed!!
