My husband and I lived in this apartment for almost 2.5 years and had a great experience. The apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, and a great place to call home. Management has been excellent throughout my time here, very professional, responsive and always helpful. Maintenance is also very reliable and quick to address any issues. I have lived here for approximately 7 years. Love my neighbors. Joe the maintenance man is great. Any issue I have he is right on top of it.
This place is amazing. We live here for a long time Management team is excellent Maintenance Team is the best, especially Joe one of the sweetest person I ever met very good on what he does very respectful Kind person
Had an issue with a toilet running . Stopped by to drop off the rent check and mentioned the running toilet .Steve the maintenance man was there in the office . He said he would fix it that morning . 15 mins later I got a call from Steve saying he would be there in 15 mins .He arrived in 15 mins and had the problem solved quickly . Steve is an asset to Greenbriar Hills Apartments as well as a extremely knowledgeable gentlemen ! Greenbriar has an excellent staff !
Joe is always on his game! His response time was prompt and he fixed the issue as well as explained it to us. He is kind, courteous, and dependable!
