My husband and I lived in this apartment for almost 2.5 years and had a great experience. The apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, and a great place to call home. Management has been excellent throughout my time here, very professional, responsive and always helpful. Maintenance is also very reliable and quick to address any issues. I have lived here for approximately 7 years. Love my neighbors. Joe the maintenance man is great. Any issue I have he is right on top of it.
The townhouse is beautiful, clean, and is everything we could’ve hoped for. And the assistant office manager Ebony is the sweetest, she makes you feel welcome and is so helpful and kind.
This particular review is about how great Joe, the maintenance guy, is and how thorough he is when fixing issues in my condo. Great asset to Greenbriar for sure!
Cute place! Lots of convenient amenities, such as a laundry center, gym, outdoor pool in the summer, dog park etc. Maria helped make a the move in experience a breeze and was super easy to work with. I love that everything is online and you can simply pay your rent through an app or put in a service request. Maintenance has been super efficient and helpful!
