Staff is great. Jessica is very knowledgeable and they help me through every step of the process and I can say it is a big success, this is my last session and I feel great by all means do this for yourself it works!
My experience at Success TMS was fantastic. This was my second round of TMS, with the first being with my psychiatrist, but my first time going through both the anxiety and depression protocols. A have to give huge kudos to my technician, Valeria, as she is the primary reason I'm giving this review 5 stars. She was such a treat to chat with during my sessions and was great at following up with me to see how I felt through the treatment. The team here is great. Brandon, Jessica, and Valeria are highly knowledgeable and professional and walked me through all aspects of the treatment in detail to ensure I too understood how the treatment works & ultimately felt comfortable with the 36-treatment process. The treatment was effective and both myself and my family members would agree it made a positive impact on my day to day life. Couldn’t be more appreciative. 5 stars - it’s a no brainer. Val, Nya and Jessica were great. Val and Nya are the technicians and they were very professional, accommodating with the schedule and very pleasant to deal with. Jessica was very knowledgeable about the process and seemed genuinely interested in my well being. A+
When I finally decided to give this a chance , I was extremely nervous. I didn’t know what the outcome would be, and that made me even more anxious. I got to a point where it was giving this a chance or literally living with no hope. I thank God I stepped into this place and took this leap of faith.
