Greenbrook has been amazingly helpful for me. I’ve been doing my Spravato sessions there for about a year after a poor experience elsewhere. This place restored my confidence in this treatment option. The NP, Mary is super nice and it is an inviting atmosphere. There are separate cubicles for each patient with recliner, lamp, and table. I was disappointed with my experience. Before my appointment, I completed a phone consultation, a video consultation, and all of the paperwork. I also told them ahead of time that I have a perfume/fragrance allergy that triggers migraines, and I was told there were private treatment rooms. When I arrived, I found that the treatment area was actually one large room with recliners separated by curtains. The staff here are incredible. Very compassionate and supportive. The TMS treatment was highly effective for me. I’m so grateful for this opportunity on my journey towards healing.
This place is awful! They lied about my blood pressure monitor so they could give me the treatment that day. They also changed my scheduling every single week so I wasn’t able to have a continuous line of care. It’s really disappointing ! I also reported them to the state (Greenbrook TMS) for fudging blood pressure scores so they can administer it to their patients! Sincerely a patient at Greenbrook for over a year! The staff at Greenbrook Northampton are top notch! 👌 I've been coming here for going on 2 years now for Spravoto treatments and my experience is always wonderful. The treatment areas are always clean, quiet, calm and relaxing; very conducive to healing and recovery. The staff are attentive and are able accommodate my individual needs. Scheduling is easy and flexible when necessary. I highly recommend getting Spravoto treatments at Greenbrook Northampton to people like myself with TRD/MDD.
