This place is awful! They lied about my blood pressure monitor so they could give me the treatment that day. They also changed my scheduling every single week so I wasn’t able to have a continuous line of care. It’s really disappointing ! I also reported them to the state (Greenbrook TMS) for fudging blood pressure scores so they can administer it to their patients! Sincerely a patient at Greenbrook for over a year! The staff at Greenbrook Northampton are top notch! 👌 I've been coming here for going on 2 years now for Spravoto treatments and my experience is always wonderful. The treatment areas are always clean, quiet, calm and relaxing; very conducive to healing and recovery. The staff are attentive and are able accommodate my individual needs. Scheduling is easy and flexible when necessary. I highly recommend getting Spravoto treatments at Greenbrook Northampton to people like myself with TRD/MDD.
I had a terrible experience with billing where my insurance lapsed and I was not notified. I had a 10 minute check in with my Dr. and was billed $200. I called and left messages over 6 times and was only called back after my "bill" was sent as collections to a debt company. I had been calling for over 3 months. The people who work at TMS in Northampton are nice, but the treatment was not that effective for me and it is a bureaucratic nightmare to ever deal with billing issues.
Sadly this center has changed dramatically since I last did TMS there. It's not just the staff that has changed but the patient care is dismal at best. I have always improved after 5 sessions but I'm not feeling hopeful this time. Next week will tell me if the doctor is correct or if I am.
