TMS can be uncomfortable at times, and committing to 36 sessions is no small thing. What made a huge difference for me was having technicians who were attentive, accommodating, and willing to help make the process feel less overwhelming. For me personally, conversation and connection during treatment really helped take my mind off the discomfort, and that made the experience much more manageable. They are kind, compassionate and authentic. Their support through the process has made a huge difference in my well being —they are part of why the treatment works so well 🧡
Recently returned to leominster office and so Happy Liz is still here. She is very good at what she does and her interpersonal are top notch. In all seriousness I believe this young efficient, effective young woman deserves a raise!! We are so appreciative that she makes my sons experience as well as mine the very best it could be! TMS treatment is life changing for anyone I know that has tried it! Liz is truly the best and made the whole experience not just bearable, but enjoyable. She is the absolute heart of that facility and I am certain she doesn't get paid enough for her professionalism and helping the people she comes into contact with each day.
