I came here (Greenbelt office) for Spravato treatment. I have no complaints about the way it was administered and some of the staff seemed a little scatter brained but friendly. My major issue was the doctor overseeing the treatment, Dr. Sussal. He comes off as arrogant, has a condescending tone of voice, and it felt like he took it personally when I voiced concerns about his treatment plan. Insufficient monitoring and followup makes this place and Lifespan Behavioral Health Services - the associated therapy office - seem unprofessional. The TMS provided here hurts (it shouldn't) and causes spasms when the pulses are placed in the wrong position. The pain happens frequently for many minutes duration due to understaffing. One person is trying to take care of multiple people. One of the techs leaves patients in their chairs and doesn't check on them. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and accommodating with schedule changes. The girls were friendly. I highly recommend this center for Tms therapy.
