Really good experience at Greenbrook Mental Wellness. Everyone was easy to talk to and made the whole process feel way less stressful than I expected. Aileen was especially great! super nice and helpful. You can tell she actually cares. If you’re on the fence about getting help, I’d say just go for it. These folks make it easy.
Aileen, very pleasant and very helpful. Very caring. Very happy person. I miss her when she is not here 😔 she's outstanding at her work. Very positive person. Knows when I 'm not doing well when I come in. She will insist that I should confuse to her what's wrong. That makes me know she really cares about her patients. GREAT PERSON SHE'S OUTSTANDING
My experience at Greenbrook has been wonderful! Kind, caring and truly interested in a successful outcome for me. Jeanette is who I mainly see and she is exceptional! She goes above and beyond to assure me a comfortable session and has been very flexible with scheduling. Her energy, empathy and compassion makes me look forward to the sessions. I’ve been going to Greenbrook for several months. As soon as you come through the door you are greeted by Aileen with a friendly smile. Everyone there always makes you feel comfortable. Aileen is always so upbeat. If you need something she will get done.
