They keep me waiting an average of 1 1 1/2 hours per session. 45 minutes waiting to start means they make you stay 45 minutes later - basically they ruin your entire day of plans- twice a week. Who’s got time for that? And they don’t care and are completely unapologetic about it. Do not use them- unless you’ve got no other plans and don’t mind 4 hours of your day waiting.
If you inquire about services, they will NEVER leave you alone. It's been a year and they still call me and leave me voice mails daily. They don't even take a break on Sunday
