I’ve had a very positive experience with Greenbrook Mental Wellness Centers so far. The staff has been professional, kind, and supportive, and they’ve created an environment that feels safe and calming during treatment. My Spravato experience has been genuinely meaningful. I was very nervous for my first treatment. First of all I was hoping I didn’t react badly to the treatment or worse it not have any effect on me. My nurse was kind, comforting, knowledgeable, and gave me just the right amount of personal conversation to make me feel comfortable and confident.. I have been coming here for about two years now after leaving a different provider I was unhappy with. Glad I made the switch, the team here is helpful, kind, communicative, and will work with you to optimize your experience.
Wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Quiet and serene for optimal effectiveness and best results. Doctors and techs super nice and caring.
They keep me waiting an average of 1 1 1/2 hours per session. 45 minutes waiting to start means they make you stay 45 minutes later - basically they ruin your entire day of plans- twice a week. Who’s got time for that? And they don’t care and are completely unapologetic about it. Do not use them- unless you’ve got no other plans and don’t mind 4 hours of your day waiting.
