What a wonderful place to be! From the very beginning, you are cared for by professional doctors, and during some of your sessions you also meet with the nurse. I was very disappointed with my experience. The first 3 to 4 visits were very positive. During the second week they introduced a new trainee with a senior staff person still checking that the trainee was connecting everything correctly. From about the end of second week the trainee took over. It seemed all experienced staff was gone. That’s because every experienced person in the whole office was on vacation!! I don't typically write many reviews, but my experience at Greenbrook was so outstanding that I feel compelled to share it. I visited the West Hartford, CT location and just completed a round of TMS treatment. Between working full-time and attending school, my schedule is often chaotic, but the team at Greenbrook was incredibly accommodating and made the process seamless. They don’t know what they’re doing/ talking about. The other review is 100% correct, they are ALWAYS on “vacation” which makes it very inconvenient for patients to schedule appointments.
Best care team I have ever come across. Patients and comfortability are their priority.
