Leaving my initial consultation with Coordinator Alaina and I already feel a weight lifted off my shoulders. I was running late based on "reasons for needing to go" and she was so understanding. It was such a relief for someone to understand that I didn't want or intend to be late, but that it was out of my control. Her calm voice and way of explaining things in ways that make sense to the average person were very appreciated. I just had my initial consultation via teleconference with Tiffany. What a pleasant experience. She was professional, articulate and also compassionate and as a result, many of my questions were answered through her very clear presentation. I commend her and your company for having staff of such high quality.

I’m just Mad about the staff at the GreenbrookTMS Charlotte location!!! All the ladies are so sweet and caring! You can tell they do this bcuz they care and not for a paycheck!! I’m just starting my SPRAVATO journey and I’m very excited for results and extremely pleased with the overall experience that I have had!!! I imagine that this is what healthcare looked like 100 years ago, only difference, the doctor came to you. I really can’t say enough good things about GreenbrookTMS and their INCREDIBLE STAFF!!!

TMS treatment works great for recurring depression. I recommend it for anyone who has not gotten good enough results from therapy and meds. The staff at this center are very professional and understanding.

Very rude and unprofessional. Need better training, as the employees have zero concern for anyone's mental health. Expect you to do their job and contact the pharmacy to make sure your meds will be delivered.
