I’ve been a patient with Greenbrook TMS for close to 10 years now. I’ve done both r/TMS and Spravato. I didn’t respond to the first, but the second very likely saved my life. Esketamine is an amazing medication for TRD. The staff has always been amazing here in Charlottesville, VA. The rooms are private, quiet, and comfortable. They always have drinks and snacks available. I had a few insurance hangups, but that isn’t entirely their fault. Without hesitation, I would recommend these two locations to anyone interested!
I had a horrible experience T this center during the Spravato treatment that I get now every other week as a maintanance treatment . There is no medical licensed professional physically in the clinic during the treatment . The closest medical licensed professional is in the same building but not in the clinic itself and he is unavailable during a crisis situation like I experienced during this treatment because he’s treating other patients to in his own clinic which is separate from Greenbrook. The services have been extremely helpful and effective, and everyone who works here has been welcoming, kind, and accommodating. Ysabell specifically has been a huge help through working with my insurance, scheduling, and making sure I have anything I need during treatment.
I’m only on the second week but I have been less overwhelmed and I have less anxiousness The staff is amazing and professional! Please give yourself this gift of a new way to start living Enjoying the day-to-day again!
I put my information down online to get a price estimate for TMS therapy assuming the email would tell me what it usually costs. I have gotten 13 calls spanning from 8/7/24 until now. I also have a total of 7 voicemails (6 in a span of TWELVE DAYS being 3 days a row TWICE). This makes me completely uninterested. It seems like they are very desperate or just don't cross peoples names off of the list once they've called over 2 times.
