This was one of the most disappointing healthcare experiences I have ever had. I had a wonderful experience with TMS therapy. It helped improve my depression. My technician Lili was amazing. I would highly recommend TMS for anyone who is struggling with depression.
I looked at another review, where it says it’s a dangerous treatment. I can understand that sentiment because the treatment itself, May have difficulty for different people. However, the staff is amazing, which has nothing to do with the treatment itself. Everyone responds differently to the treatment process. Definitely a little scary starting the treatment since it was a completely unique treatment for my depression. Both Lili and LeeAnn we incredible! They made the process simple and soothing. The therapy also immensely help me past a very dark time.
Horrible experience after attempting to get treatment for depression with this company after seeing a promo online! Took forever to get treatment and was left for dead with severe depression after one initial treatment! Still never got help until I found a new MD somewhere else. They just see you as a dollar sign here, don’t waste your time if you’re trying to get spravato treatment with them please !
