My entire process with Greenbrooke has been pleasant. The treatments are a godsend for my depression. The ladies in the Winston office are caring and kind and take great care of me. I’m thankful for this team of mental health professionals.
I spent weeks going through their screening procedures to schedule my treatment but they weren’t able to get my medication in time for my appointment and canceled a couple of hours before it. Although I had discussed at length with them how I would pay for the medication the pharmacist would not send it without speaking directly to me and I was not able to do that because I was traveling. TMS transcranial molecular stimulation therapy is life changing treatment for depression. Medications didn’t help, TMS has.
TMS worked wonders for me! Greenbrook did a thorough assessment on the phone and handled all of my insurance claims. Mallory is a ray of sunshine and her experience gave me hope.
