My entire process with Greenbrooke has been pleasant. The treatments are a godsend for my depression. The ladies in the Winston office are caring and kind and take great care of me. I’m thankful for this team of mental health professionals.
TMS transcranial molecular stimulation therapy is life changing treatment for depression. Medications didn’t help, TMS has.
TMS worked wonders for me! Greenbrook did a thorough assessment on the phone and handled all of my insurance claims. Mallory is a ray of sunshine and her experience gave me hope.
Everyone was extremely friendly, non judgemental, & supportive. I would definitely recommend!
UPDATE 3/14/2026. Although I was never treated at Greenbrook, I just received a bill from the pharmacist for over $900 Apparently, he must’ve sent the medication to them and they did not return it **** I spent weeks going through their screening procedures to schedule my treatment but they weren’t able to get my medication in time for my appointment and canceled a couple of hours before it.
