After a one hour consultation,2 physician referrals and oodles of annoying phone calls I was told my insurance deductible was $400 per visit.An amount I cannot afford Greenbrook should know how much insurance covers before they waste your time. I guess they figured with all the footwork I did,I would give in and pay that amount. I should charge them for my time.
My entire process with Greenbrooke has been pleasant. The treatments are a godsend for my depression. The ladies in the Winston office are caring and kind and take great care of me. I’m thankful for this team of mental health professionals.
UPDATE 3/14/2026. Although I was never treated at Greenbrook, I just received a bill from the pharmacist for over $900 Apparently, he must’ve sent the medication to them and they did not return it **** I spent weeks going through their screening procedures to schedule my treatment but they weren’t able to get my medication in time for my appointment and canceled a couple of hours before it.
