The caring staff goes above & beyond the call of duty. They are kind, welcoming and sensitive to people w/ mental health issues. They address every client by name and make them feel at home. It is a stigma free zone. And the TMS therapy works too!
Everyone gave me huge amounts of support, answered all of my questions. They genuinely wanted what was best for me and I was very happy with my outcome. All of the stall worked around my crazy schedule and went out of their way to give me apps.
Difficult to get clarity on payments or the provider to call when talks are needed
I wish it was longer. The staff is great and the treatment works. I went from 6 medicines to 2 .
