I cannot speak highly enough about both Mona and Natalie, the two technicians who took such excellent care of me from start to finish. I found the treatment extremely painful and they were both sincerely concerned; they tried every day to find ways to make me as comfortable as possible. It turned out that conversation provided a great distraction and they both gladly talked with me throughout. Professional, personable staff - Mona, Natalie ‘ Lexie and Sam- provided me with a lot of support during what is a long process. The magnetic stimulation itself isn’t painful though it takes several sessions to acclimate; it can also be physically tiring. About half-way through the treatment cycle, I noticed significantly positive changes in my mood and awareness. I did also pick up on increased brain activity some of which isn’t helpful for concentration and decision-making. Overall, a positive experience.
