Canceled my appointment an hour before my scheduled time, I have to pay a fee to reschedule but they can change it whenever this feels very unprofessional and there was no receptionist or staff to help
The staff at Harrisburg Success TMS we're all very accommodating with scheduling and very well trained on the equipment. They all made me feel very welcome and answered any questions I had about the process without hesitation. I have shared with most of my friends how well this has worked for me and how pleasant the staff has been.
It was a long process. It took dedication to have to go everyday throughout the week, but at the end it was well worth it. I feel much better, the intensity and despair of depression has eased tremendously. So glad I was able to finish the Therapy. Thanks to the staff for all your faithfulness.
The staff was amazing. Scheduling my sessions, I was able to make my appointments to accommodate my work schedule. Success TMS worked great with my insurance. Comfortable and pleasant environment. I highly recommend the Harrisburg Office.
Very friendly staff which made the experience better. Did make a difference in my depression for the better. Would recommend people suffering from depression to give this a try.
