The staff were always kind, professional and helpful. The only complaint I ever really had was that the doctor was barely there. He was only at this location Tuesdays and Thursdays and was usually gone by the time I got there for my appointment on those days. I assume because I had the last appointment and there was no one in the hour before me usually, so it makes sense, but he was usually available via phone even on other days so there wasn't much harm done. These people are amazing! They really care about your well-being. I was feeling better after my 4th treatment session. When I finished my 36th, I was feeling like I had been catapulted to a 5th dimension. Don’t overthink it. If you have been diagnosed with depression, you must try TMS, it’s a Success.
It was surprisingly uncomfortable to be under the magnetic treatment, but the staff at SuccessTMS made it as easy as possible, and were so friendly the whole time! It definitely has helped me, and I recommend it to anyone considering it!

The team, I have to say they are amazing!!! I had not been out of my house for around 2 years alone they made me feel so comfortable and at ease! If it was not for them I would not have made it through the treatments!!! They deserve a raise!!!!!!
Amazing staff and treatment. My depression has noticeably improved and I have struggled with different treatments and antidepressants since I was a kid. TMS has worked the best for me by far.
