I cannot comment about the other providers but “Dr” Hanita Chhabra puts on a good front until it drops. Expect her to accuse you of not suffering with depression, because of (admittedly sad) events in her own life. Expect her to accuse you of just “wanting to get high”. Expect her to vaguely respond when you ask what her role will be…and then when you ask *anything*, she doesn’t have time to manage meds, or write prescriptions, etc. Expect her to respond angrily if you ask a question or show any knowledge about your conditi... read more

Doctor is wildly unprofessional and says things to patients like "you're not depressed, you have poor life skills" and "I don't want to hear it [when you're having a hard time], I am not your therapist", "I had a daughter die and I chose happiness, you need to choose happiness and go outside". Not things to say to someone struggling with depression for 10+ years. Find a different office, the treatments are so helpful but not the doctor.

When you get there, the lights are off and it looks like it’s closed. When you open the front door, the lights come on. There is no one behind the big fancy receptionist’s desk, and usually I’m the only one in the waiting room. The first time I went, I thought maybe they were closed and I had the wrong date. There is a water cooler and tea bags in the waiting room, but often they are out of cups, or out of water, or the hot water doesn’t work. Dr. Chhabra is one of the nicest and most professional doctors that I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. The entire staff follows suit with their positive outlook, professionalism, and overall patient-first attitude. They're super flexible and you genuinely get the feeling that they care about you while you're a patient of theirs. If you're struggling with depression I highly suggest that you do some research and check out TMS. TMS therapy changed my life for the better and I heavily recommend this location.

These folks are some of the nicest medical professionals I have ever met, and I see a lot. They're nice almost to the point where my depression would tell me they must be faking it, no one is that nice. They worked with my schedule and always made sure I was comfortable. Also, TMS did work for me. It was noticeable after the first week or so, if I recall correctly, and other people noticed as well.
