I absolutely love this center! The staff is compassionate, non-judgmental, and accommodating. As for the treatment itself, it has changed my life for the better. I can say I am no longer depressed! I get the Spravato treatment. If nothing else has completely worked for you, I would consider this.
I did TMS during the early stages of the pandemic. I took a month off and then continued with my sessions. I felt ok for a few months only. During a follow up session, it was decided that I should try the treatment again. After the first few sessions, I was doing great. I'm grateful that I had the opportunity to have this treatment. They started out great. Everything was all set to get started but I had to delay because of another health issue. When I tried reaching out to schedule I could not get anyone to call me back. Called many times over a couple of months and also sent an email. Now I have to start from scratch somewhere else, who is farther away.
Excellent care by Cyllene Saintelien APRN, helpful, nonjudgmental, professional and kind.
Friendly and helpful staff. I had a great experience.
