Thus far I’ve been disappointed with the responsiveness, or lack there of. I was screened, had an appointment with the doctor and was told I should hear back from them most likely within 48 hours after they contacted my insurance company to see if TMS is covered. I was told that I should be able to make my first appointment the following week. It’s going on 2 weeks and I haven’t heard a thing. Spravato has changed my whole life. It has given me hope and motivation to live a normal life without depression for the first time I can ever remember. In addition to this treatment working miracles, the staff at this facility are the absolute sweetest, most caring, empathetic humans I've ever met.
