I really want to rate the clinic higher - the office space is lovely, Dr Grammer is kind, and when I have access to my treatment, it's absolutely life-saving. Supreme waste of time, energy and money. I don’t blame the staff but upper management is clearly lacking or just doesn’t care. I saw zero results and this was a huge commitment, especially for someone who is obviously already lacking inner resources.
