This does not reflect on the Frederick, Md. office. Frank (intake specialist) and Dr. Sussal are to blame in this situation. Absolutely nightmare of an intake process. I had an phone call consult appointment at 1:30pm with Dr. Sussal. At 9:30am they call me to change my appointment to 2:30pm, no problem. They try to call me around 11am to change my appointment again to 2pm, but I was away from my phone, but they changed the appointment anyway. Dr. Sussal called me for the 2pm appointment at 1:40pm. This place is wonderful. From the people who work there to the treatment. I highly recommend TMS - and if you live in or near Frederick - this is the place to go.
