The TMS therapy here was a real game-changer for my girlfriend! The staff, especially Alex the tech, were super friendly and accommodating. I had a great experience with my TMS treatment at Greenbrook New Tampa. It was a very smooth process from my initial consultation to the last treatment I received. My technician, Alex, assisted through out my 8 weeks of treatment. She was kind, attentive and communicative about all aspects of treatment. I saw subtle positive changes with my mental health throughout treatment and recommend trying TMS with Greenbrook.
Alex, the tech at this location, is absolutely the most caring and kindest tech for this type of treatment that anybody could ever ask for. She goes well over and beyond to accommodate her patients needs to help them accomplish their treatments.
