Excellent service! I’m not sure if I can say the persons name, I’ll just call her McK. She was patients, caring, concerned, polite, and very helpful with my many questions. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed while getting my treatment. We need more people like her: She takes pride in her work and cares about her patients/clients. I have been using TMS with Greenbrook/Achieve to treat my MDD for six years. The treatment works really well for me, and the staff/physicians are always incredibly supportive and accommodating.
I was able to do the treatment more than once for my terrible depression and I felt very lucky to be in such good hands. My first handler (haha) was Kevin and he was fantastic! He was an enthusiastic and intelligent man who had a great sense of humor. He was very attentive to what I told him and I believe we were able to grow a friendship.
