Environment is always immaculate. 100% always on time. Doctor is always friendly and interested. Techs are amazing. I primarily see Chelsea, Jeanette, and sometimes, Mariana. Everyone is friendly, professional, and pleasant. They are ultra competent and concerned with all details. I feel I’m getting the best possible attention and treatment quality. There are no negatives.
Janette is amazing! She is caring and makes sure you are comfortable. She explains the process of TMS clearly. I am at ease when I'm with her.

It was only recently that I even heard about this treatment. I wasn't sure what to expect, and with my depression at an all time low, I was very doubtful it would do anything. But after many years trying different medications, and nothing really changing, I felt hopeless. I had gone on disability because it got to the point that I felt paralyzed by a deep pain so I couldn't work.
