I wanted to write a more current review to accurately reflect the treatment I am receiving now (not years ago, like previous reviews) at Greenbrook TMS in Tyson’s. I'm relatively new to the area but had previously received TMS for chronic, drug resistant depression and anxiety. We came across Greenbrook when looking for local providers after moving here in spring of 2022. The entire process in trying to begin treatment was an awful mess. Their office does not communicate efficiently and there is no direct number to call to ask questions. I was told they would confirm if my insurance was accepted but that process was not done. I would not trust them for treatment when they cannot efficiently communicate interoffice and with patients. Wasted my time.

I would not recommend this at all. The staff only cares when you tell them you want to quit. They never ask how your progress is doing unless you bring it up yourself. I only saw the doctor three times during the six weeks. All in all this didn’t work for me. My depression has returned and I am having more anxiety than before. Be warned they talk up this treatment when you come in for your first meeting. If you have any problems during the treatment it’s on you.

I'm truly happy with my results with TMS. This got rid of my depression completely by the 2nd week. I feel happier and more focus on what i want to do with my life. I'm able to concentrate and handle stressful situations a lot better than before..this location is also great. The staff is super friendly and you can definitely tell they love what they do.They care for you from the very beginning and help you all along the way until you finish your treatments.
