I've been having a wonderful time here at Greenbrook. The techs (especially Janae and Diamond) have been so amazing at providing compassionate and timely care during my Spravato treatment. My biggest worry starting Spravato was the unfamiliar support team, but the techs made this new transition comfortable and accommodated my needs when requested. For those exploring Spravato as a treatment option, Greenbrook is a comfortable and safe space to do so.
Currently undergoing my second round of TMS therapy at Greenbrook center in Arlington. I have nothing but positive things to say about this office. It is clean, well organized, and the staff are always punctual. Of special note are Janae and Diamond who give me excellent care, and no matter how low my mood is, their compassion always puts a smile on my face. Highly recommend.
This experience reflects why healthcare systems struggle to improve. I had a concerning experience at Greenbrook TMS under Dr. Rosenblatt’s care. I reported neurological symptoms during and after treatment but did not receive timely follow-up or adequate support. Communication was inconsistent, and my concerns often felt minimized. Getting TMS with Greenbrook absolutely changed my life for the better. The staff helped me get my insurance to cover the treatments and they are all always so helpful in ensuring there is time to fit me in the schedule when I am available since my schedule can be chaotic. The doctor noticed my treatment had helped but was beginning to plateau and recommended continuing with maintence TMS to ensure the effects last. This location is wonderful! I saw a technician named Nick almost every time I got treatment and he is just the absolute best. Nick was always friendly, attentive, and willing to chat or banter. He was very accommodating by answering any and all of my questions and by asking me if I wanted earplugs, if I wanted the lights on or off for treatment, and if I wanted to watch TV.
