I started TMS with very low expectations and left with a life changing experience. Greenbrook took me from a very unhealthy mentality, to actually being able to live my life. I can't thank the staff enough, especially Riley who was an absolute amazing person to talk to during my treatments. So professional, kind, understanding and most of all - caring. After telling them of one particular piece of my medical history, they told me we could no longer continue the conversation and they hung up on me. I’ll be telling everyone I know in the health field to stay away. If that’s how you treat people looking for help, you shouldn’t be in business. In other words, the rep knew she lost the sale because I have a condition that disqualifies me from treatment, so she just hung up because at that point I was dead to her.
Would not recommend Greenbrook for spravato. From the start when I was trying to get approved and scheduled to start treatments, they were horrible with communication. Several emails and phone calls asking for updates went ignored. Once I finally did start, they made it as hard as they could to schedule consistent treatments. I was supposed to have 2 treatments a week, but I never did.
