I started TMS with very low expectations and left with a life changing experience. Greenbrook took me from a very unhealthy mentality, to actually being able to live my life. After telling them of one particular piece of my medical history, they told me we could no longer continue the conversation and they hung up on me. I’ll be telling everyone I know in the health field to stay away. If that’s how you treat people looking for help, you shouldn’t be in business. In other words, the rep knew she lost the sale because I have a condition that disqualifies me from treatment, so she just hung up because at that point I was dead to her.
Would not recommend Greenbrook for spravato. From the start when I was trying to get approved and scheduled to start treatments, they were horrible with communication. Several emails and phone calls asking for updates went ignored. Once I finally did start, they made it as hard as they could to schedule consistent treatments. I was supposed to have 2 treatments a week, but I never did. I've has numerous sessions of TMS in a different state long ago. I was so pleased to find Greenbrook had multiple locations in Austin and their treatments are just 20 minutes! Wifi and a flat screen TV are available which makes it fly by fast. They are very easy to schedule with; Dr. Silvertooth does a thorough intake, addressing your concerns while evaluating if you're a candidate for treatment.
