I started at Greenbrook in Nov of 2024 and everything was great. However, the office staff switched over to new people at the end of December and it's been a nightmare since. I've had to miss 5 treatments because they can't seem to get my weekly medication ordered in time. The treatment was really working when I was getting my treatments regularly. Now that I've had to miss sessions, my mental health has started getting worse again. I would not recommend this center.
I did my first round of TMS in 2023. It works better than any antidepressant I’ve ever taken. Effects lasted about 6 months. Doing a second round now and results are really impressive. Staff is friendly and attentive. Process is simple and effective.
Haven't started treatment yet but up to now in making arrangements everyone there seems really young, confused and disorganized. I'm hoping to get a better vibe from the medical staff when l go in for my evaluation. Will update.
I had a consult with Nina over 5 weeks ago, and I never received a call back. I did a follow up call and was told I would get a call back in few days, this once again has been weeks. I wish if they didn't wanna help someone they would be honest and not give false hope to someone needing help. There is other places who will call you back and help.
Don't be afraid to check out what this place had to offer. The staff are lovely and helpful. Consultations are free. PM for details of my experience. But in short, I would recommend.
