I have suffered with chronic depression that’s not or rarely responsive to medication. In the past, I tried ECT and it was the only treatment that brought me out of my depression-induced psychosis. Greenbrook was great for my depression, I started with spravato which didn’t do much for me, but after talking with them, switched to TMS which did help my depression a fair amount. Stephanie was a great help and was always helpful and friendly.
They are amazing caregivers who are genuinely concerned for their patients' wellbeing. These past few months of going to Greenbrook TMS has changed my life for the better. This is my first time receiving this type of treatment, but it is not my first time receiving mental health treatment. Went in for the free consultation. Dr. Miah stated she wouldn't see me due to the fact I used CBD gummies to help me sleep. Beyond that, I felt talked down to and dismissed by Dr Miah. They charged my insurance $250 and sent me a bill for my copay. So much for a "free" consultation.
They are sloppy with their record keeping; hope they are not with their treatment!
