The level of compassionate caring is amazing here at the Fairlawn branch, and the treatments are proving to be very effective. Highly recommend a consultation if you have had Treatment Resistant Depression.
Went there for about two years but all of a sudden they can’t keep their appointments. I took off work and showed up on my scheduled day but they didn’t have me in the system. I talked with the people to confirm but they don’t seem to care. Seems to be a common theme there at the moment.
I have usually been extremely happy with this facility. But my med wasn't ordered this past week causing my tx to be canceled. I was assured that next weeks meds would be there on time. The next thing I knew was that my spot was given to someone else even though the pharmacy said my meds would be there. I feel like I am being played. This happened a few months ago and I was assured it would not happen again. I'm getting my other tx on Friday which causes us to cancel important obligations. And next Friday also. I seriously love not only this company but how everyone truly cares and wants what’s best for you. Ebony works harder than anyone should have to work to make sure you’re insurance is doing what it agreed to do to ♥️ saving lives ♥️
After receiving a phone call from Aaron M. Curtis I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. I do not believe the TMS machine located at the Fairlawn location is working correctly and / or has been calibrated recently. I presented with severe migraines immediately and vision issues after starting the treatment. After one treatment I lost the use of my tight hand.
