I had the best customer service! From scheduling to the actual service. Devin cleaned my sectional and chair, and did a phenomenal job. He took his time to answer any concerns and explained what he would be doing. My furniture looks and smells wonderful. I will definitely be using Greener Methods and requesting Devin.

I have already recommended Greener Method to a friend. Our carpets, sectional, chairs and area rugs look fantastic! Devin came in and went over what he was going to do - explained how he does it. We wanted to use a greener company and we found it. Thanks again, Devin, for your attention to detail. This is the first time using this company - will be a return customer. And the young lady that attends to setting up appointments and quotes, was extremely friendly and helpful as well.

Everything came out looking great. It has been years since we had the carpets cleaned due to having cats. The basement carpet and stairs look like new. Our other carpets and family room furniture are sparkling clean. The tech, Devin, was courteous and efficient, gave attention to detail, and cleaned up as if he was never here. I would definitely recommend Greener Method and we will use them for our next cleaning.

Devin was awesome because he was great with communication, customer service and satisfaction, and my carpets is amazing looking. This is a great company to work with. I've worked with other carpet cleaning companies in the past and they're not as personable as Greener Method . My stains came out that I never imagined would. I'm beyond pleased with the job that they have done for me!
