The customer support, from the moment we called, was first rate. The young woman we talked with was professional, friendly, patient, with all our many questions, and obviously loved her job. She was outstanding! The young man that came out, Devon, was exceptionally courteous and genuine in his goal of making sure we were happy with each piece of furniture as he progressed through our home. He seemed a truly good man and we enjoyed meeting him. I would recommend Grener Method Cleaners with no hesitation.
This is my first time using greener method cleaning and restoration. I am going to recommend them to all my friends! My carpet has never looked so good after a cleaning. It's. Like it's new again. Devin did an outstanding job. I have a large dog who sometimes tracks in the dirt. All of it gone. I love the added benefit of the cleaning solution to be environmentally friendly. Worth every penny. Devon cleaned my carpet and I must say he takes his job and customers serious.! When I say he made it look like new he did just that.! I wanted the carpet pulled up but now I'm a satisfied customer! I would recommend them to anyone! Didn’t get before pics but here is the final result!
