Very nice apartaments I loved here with my family for 2 years. During the spring/summer of 2021 they started construction on a new building and adding a pool and updating the grounds. I really enjoyed our time at our apt here this was the place we called home during our 2 year stay in utah, now in colorado.

management has been excellent in responding to issues. the application process was easy and relatively quick. The renovated apartments are nicely finished.

We needed to get into a place fast and this place was the only one that could get us in fast. Plus the property manager is really nice. I really like Summer she is very good at her job. We have only had one problem and she made sure maintenance got right to it which in my last place could take days to get something fixed. I also love the apartment it's cute and comfortable a place I can call home.
